Find out more about who spiceidea are where we are from.

I come from a dedicated family background and was taught my basic food knowledge by my granny and my mother and also learned a little at school as when I was attending school we had classes in home economics (bit of a thing of the past these days)!! When I left school I got my first job washing up at a local Italian restaurant in Didsbury Manchester where the chefs there taught basic prep salads, pizzas, and then the sauce and meat side.

I then moved onto all walks of catering to include chef and brewer, TGI Fridays, some really good independently owned venues and the likes of Nokia, Microsoft UK, IBM, Klix vending and Mars electronics then on to pubs, gastro Pubs and hotels to widen my knowledge further, I also spent some time travelling Asia and one of the emirate states and have found this experience very valuable in the trade I follow as this level of knowledge ultimately helps me to expand even further and allows me to offer more to my valid clients.

From cafe to carvery, ala carte to fine dining, simple or sexy and spicy I am sure I have something to offer your business and look forward to working with you in the future.
